Common requests
Delete my account
Open the app → Profile → Delete account, or email privacy@eventspop.org with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
A payment or refund
Email support@eventspop.org with your booking reference. See our Refund Policy and Escrow Policy for how amounts are calculated.
Verification status
Most reviews complete within 24–48 hours. See our Verification Policy for what's required and why.
Report a safety concern
Use the in-app incident report on the relevant booking. See our Safety Center. If you're in immediate danger, contact emergency services first (999 / 112 in Kenya).
